MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:

  • Control implementation of distribution policy via subordinated team of promoters and merchandisers.
  • Visit the point of sale in order to promote Philips products and to increase the turnover.
  • Implement the merchandising standards of Philips in the retail on assigned territory.
  • Organize in a proper way of retail audit in terms of recommended assortment and pricing control.
  • Manage the team of merchandisers: including monthly/weekly target setting, motivation, training and control over their activity.
  • Support KAMs and Trade Marketing in organizing centralized product training for shop-floor staff.
  • Participate in the planning and realizing co-op, promotional and loyalty campaigns, product demonstrations.
  • Maintain database of customers in consistent way, update regularly.
  • Provide Sales management with regular reports and activity plans: demonstrators schedule and routing; weekly report on recommended assortment/pricing; monthly remuneration of the demo team; other reports required by management.
  • Monitor regular competitors' activities.
  • Fulfill other job related tasks required by management to maximize business results.
  • Build strong relationships with second-level clients via distributors; understanding their business needs.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Completed higher education (preferably Economics)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years successful experience in sales sphere on the position of Regional Sales Manager of Trade Representative
  • Experience of working with large-scale retail chains
  • Valid driving license
  • Team management experience

Knowledge:

  • Languages: Ukrainian and Russian - fluent; English - at least Intermediate level
