Short Description: We are seeking for a qualified Event Manager, a person who will be involved in a process of organizational, promo and   pre-sales activity, supporting client's needs and replying. And later, who will be able to manage particular  management-tours  from the beginning till the finish.  

 Main responsibilities:

• Connecting and making agreements with foreign partners.
• Logistic coordination of tours.
• Groups coordination: pre-sales activity, registrations, notification, financial issues.
• Promotion and Business development of management-tours: preparation of advertisement materials, promotional booklets and events, web-sites, advertising, promo events, partners. etc.

Requirements:

• Full-time job. Kiev.
• More than 2 years in service oriented at business education / in consulting companies.
• Experience on the same position is not strict requirement, but will be benefit.
• Working or living abroad will be benefit.
• Excellent communication skills, high motivation and orientation on result.
• English proficiency. Experience in consistent and synchronous translation will be benefit.
• PC proficiency on advanced level: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
• Punctuality, honesty, ability to work under time pressure and under strict deadlines, communicativeness; to be respectful to clients.
