Securities Department Head (Начальник отдела ценных бумаг)

OJSC 'Credit Europe Bank' announces a vacancy of Securities Department Head, Kyiv-based

The person we are looking for has:

• Successful experience 5+ years with state-owned banks, or subsidiaries of Russian banking groups, or NBU
• Higher education (Specialist, Master) in Banking/Finance or related field
• Certificates of Trader (a must) and Custodian (a plus) by state Securities Commission
• Good command of English
• Strong background in Bond & Repo, Fixed Income (UAH corporate and OVGZ proprietary trading background); Eurobonds, Repo and Fixed Income arbitrage experiences
• Basic knowledge of MM and FX desks, with experiences in FX proprietary trading in local and hard currency
• Custody experience is additional plus
• Corresponding accounts and financial institutions (account openings and relation maintenance with institutions)
• Cash market experience is a plus (sale/purchase cash, cash FX deals, proprietary trading experiences)
• Analytical skills for research, reporting and forecasting on statistical data
• User of specific applications: Reuters 3000Xtra, Bloomberg
• Strong MS Excel knowledge for bond portfolio analysis (duration and sensivity analysis) and additional reporting
• Adaptive professional with a pro-active approach
  

Your role will be to:

• Manage the Bank's trading activities on all securities
• Provide profitability of trading activities
• Support other adjacent functions of Treasury and Financial Institutions division
• Analyze, forecast and plan actions depending on the market conditions and governmental regulations
• Report to the upper management
