Marketing Manager for International FMCG Company

An international FMCG company has opened a vacancy for a Marketing Manager in its Kiev office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, planning and monitoring all marketing activities of the company in Ukraine. This position has five direct subordinates and reports to the Company CEO.

Key responsibilities:

• Marketing planning.
• Planning and effectively executing of Ukraine marketing budget.
• Media planning.
• Advertising placement.
• Local advertising activities development and implementation in Ukraine.
• Pricing.
• Forecasting and marketing analytics.
• Product communication and trainings.
• PR activities.
• Charity activities.
• Web site activities.
• Coordination between product launches and sales force.
• Run a team of 5 specialists.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, with specialization in Marketing.
• Native Ukrainian / fluent in Russian and English.
• Experience from 3 years as a head of marketing department in a medium sized FMCG company or head of category/brand group/trade marketing in a large international FMCG company or account manager in an agency handling FMCG accounts.
• International experience is an advantage.
• Wide experience in marketing: marketing planning, budgeting, advertising and media planning, pricing, analytics, full marketing mix.
• Advanced PC user, good knowledge of MS Office.
• Oriented towards pushing sales forward rather than exceptionally creative approach.
• Oriented towards end customer/user.
• Hungry for company result and for personal development.
• Leader personality.
