An international financial services company is looking for a Security Officer/Internal Auditor with wide financial industry experience. This position reports directly to the Company CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-level security of the company and its processes.
- Investigation of individual fraud cases and background checks upon request of the CEO.
- Mapping of risk areas and procedures of direct concern.
- Development of the Risk Management framework on:
- Business processes;
- HR Processes;
- Data and Policy Handling;
- Payments and procedures.
- Development of internal audit policies.
- Collaboration with all the departments within HQ and the Regional Officer.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position in financial industry.
- Sound knowledge of financial services company internal procedures & processes.
- Good understanding of financial reporting.
- Knowledge of 1C system is crucial.
- Fluent English.
- Analytical mindset.
- Team player.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Readiness for business trips (30-40 % of working time).
