Executive Manager \ Director

CFA Ukraine, Ukrainian society of investment professionals and a member of CFA Institute network, is looking for a candidate to fulfill its part-time position of Executive Manager \ Director.

The position's responsibilities are:

- Coordinate and support efforts of CFA Ukraine volunteers and members to implement existing and new society projects(please check www.cfaukraine.org for current projects);

- Organize and facilitate the regular meetings of CFA Ukraine Volunteers, Board of Directors and Committees including follow-ups and decision implementations;

- Provide continuous enrollment of new society volunteers and support volunteer successions and knowledge transfer;

- Act as a project manager to secure success of key society activities as defined by Board of Directors. This might include: member news-letters, web-site updates, PR activities, e-mail communications, timely cooperation with CFA Institute, etc.;

- Develop partnerships with other associations, sponsors, employers, media, etc.;

- Administer society legal entity including bank accounts, quarterly financial reporting, agreements and official correspondence;

- Travel abroad to attend regular trainings and experience-sharing workshops of CFA Institute;

- Other activities to deliver on CFA Ukraine mission and bring value to its members http://www.cfasociety.org/ukraine/Pages/Mission.aspx .

Requirements:

- Experience in communication; marketing; people and project management;

- Knowledge and understanding of Association Management practices and principles (check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_management);

- Familiarity with investment industry in Ukraine;

- Share ethical principles of the organization: http://www.cfasociety.org/ukraine/Documents/Code_and_Standards_ENG.pdf ;

- Self-motivated, highly-organized, result-oriented and conflict-averse personality;

- Fluency in English.
