Logistics Trainee

Johnson & Johnson Ukraine LLC is looking for a Logistics Trainee.

Main duties:

• Regular maintenance of product database.
• Maintenance of order form, monitoring phase in and phase out process.
• Update supply planning file with actual stock, forecast and transit information.
• Monitor goods in transit and control order execution by suppliers.
• Regular update of Demand planning files with sale in and sale out information.
• Regular monitoring and reserves updating.
• Regular monitoring and Orders Form updating.
• Generate Weekly/monthly/quarterly Supply Chain reports.
• Calculate, analyze and make reports Weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Provide the Supply Chain functions with necessary support.

• Participate in common Supply Chain projects.

Requirements:

• University degree or final-year student (preferably economic).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel - 2007)
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
