Chief Evaluator (Главный оценщик)
Job Description:
Valuation of property (real estate, land, equipment, property complex, building under construction) with providing final conclusion
Analysis and verification of the valuations performed by the external valuators
Market real estate research
Cooperation with relevant bank's subdivisions
Requirements:
Diploma of higher education
Certificate of appraiser (recommended)
At least 2 years experience in the bank with a checking of loan collateral
Upper-Intermediate English - must
Experience of checking the valuations of huge office complexes, hotels, warehouses, equipment, vehicles, property complexes, buildings, under construction, development projects
