Business Analyst / QA Analyst

ELEKS announces an opening for the position of Business Analyst / QA Analyst at Ivano-Frankivsk office.

Mandatory requirements:

• Higher educationin IT or economics
• IT experience 3 years
• Successful experience in business analysis or quality assurance: 2 years
• Practical experience with software requirements analysis and quality assurance or control
• Proven ability to establish work relationships with customer
• Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical language
• Ability to work in tight schedule constraints
• Communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with business correspondence and business etiquette
• English skills upper intermediate and higher
• Result-oriented mindset

Optional requirements:

• Knowledge of IT market and trends
• Cross-cultural awareness
• Industry certifications in business analysis, in particular from IIBA

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis of requests from the customer
• Communication with customers about their business requirements
• Analysis and breakdown of business requirements into detailed functional requirements
• Assurance that business and functional requirements are correctly understood by technical teams
• Preparation of functional specifications or analysis and validation of incoming specifications for completeness, correctness, unambiguity
• Assurance that business and functional requirements are correctly implemented by the team
