Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF – Doctors Without Borders) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters to populations in danger in more than 70 countries.
Duration: initially 3 months, possible long-term cooperation

Main purpose:
Execute administrative, finance, human resources and legal related tasks to support the Finance and HR Manager/Coordinator, in order to ensure legal compliance and support achievements of the project objectives.
Accountabilities
- Cash management procedures in order to ensure the highest control and security and ensure cash availability.
- Process the payment to suppliers and keep strict on all documentation involved, informing the administration manager of any sort of disparity.
- Carry out all accounting tasks and activities in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.
- Classify and prepare all accounting pieces.
- File the accounting documents and enter the accounting pieces in the accounting software.
- Managing personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments.
- Updating the HR database and personal files to facilitate HR processes management.
- Preparing employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labor and fiscal law compliance.
- Preparing monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.
- Support HR Manager/Coordinator with recruitment of new staff (posting of vacancies, support with screening of applications, contact with candidates, facilitation of test and interviews)
- Perform administration tasks (contract follow up, update of contact list, …)
- Support with translating documents into local language. Assists with meetings upon request.
- Make all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.)
Requirements:
Education: Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.
Experience: Essential previous working experience of at least 2 years in relevant jobs.
Desirable experience in MSF or other iNGO.
Languages: English and Ukrainian are compulsory.
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet).
