Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist (6 months project).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Talent acquisition: leading a full cycle recruitment, which includes determining position requirements, searching, selecting, interviewing, preparing job offer and hiring, for various sales force, factory and admin roles; 
• On-boarding: supporting newcomers throughout their on-boarding period;
• Assisting in internal assessment centers organization and other employees assessment activities;
• Employer Branding: delivering internship programs, building strong cooperation with the leading universities and students organizations, promoting PMI as a top employer.
• Participate in other relevant HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree
• Previous experience in recruitment (recruitment agency or in-house HR),
• English - Intermediate level.
• Drive for results, customer focus, communication skills, project management skills, quick learner
