Customer Support (Italian and English)

3Shape A/S is a Danish hi-tech company specializing in the production and development of 3D solutions (3D scanners and 3D software) for industrial and healthcare applications, such as hearing and dental aid production, where we have a global leading position.

Two graduate students founded 3Shape in the year 2000, and today the company's fast-growing team of 1600+ employees in 20 offices worldwide (Denmark, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, USA etc.) is serving customers in over 100 countries.

We are looking for a Customer Support professional with strong communication skills, and the desire to make a difference for the customer and the company.

Our working schedule: Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00.

Your profile:

You are technically minded and have the ability to communicate on advanced topics to

users with very different backgrounds. You have a positive approach and attitude. You

enjoy assisting customers in their daily work, finding solutions, and you thrive in a busy

environment where multitasking is sometimes required.

You should possess the following competencies:

• Strong verbal and writing skills in both English and Italian
• Customer oriented approach
• Good communicator, with the ability to ask and listen
• User experience of Microsoft Windows
• Previous experience in support (is a plus)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (is a plus)

Areas of responsibility:

• Support of 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software - via online sessions, telephone and emails
• General support case management: logging, prioritization, trouble shooting, escalations, closing, follow-up.
• Contributing to 3Shape's business by providing the industry's best Customer Support
